Couples Counseling

While the majority of my clients are individuals, I do see a handful of couples. The couples I work with have a lot of love and affection for each other but struggle to address areas of conflict productively and want to cultivate a more intimate connection. Major life transitions like buying a home or having a child can put a lot of pressure on a couple and bring big new challenges to the relationship. I'm here to help you work through it all together.

Clinical Supervision

I've been providing clinical supervision for masters level interns and licensed associates since 2017 and am an approved clinical supervisor in both Rhode Island and Washington State. I love to learn, love to teach, and have been honored to be able to support many talented, dedicated therapists at the beginning of their professional clinical work experience. I'm available for individual or triadic supervision.

Clinical Consultation

I'm happy to consult with therapists about tricky, nuanced, complicated clinical situations. My breadth of experience has exposed me to an enormous variety of scenarios, and I'm good at quickly synthesizing information and getting to the core of things, emphasizing ethical and effective treatment.

Coaching

I love sports and love coaching. Whether you are a therapist looking to upgrade your professional skillset or boost your business, a group practice wanting to help your team get stronger at the nuts and bolts of the therapeutic craft, or an individual who wants to focus on a particular life domain, coaching is a great way to get focused and stay accountable.
